I have started powerlifting training for quite some time however without seeing significant progress in recent years. Winston was really knowledgeable when it came to powerlifting and he quickly helped me iron out the issues i had in my technique. As someone who’s taller, I always dreaded squatting because of my long femurs. But thanks to the tweaks Winston made in my technique, squatting became much more enjoyable. Combined with his programming, he helped me break plateaus and made great progress. He was also quick to respond and was patient. Overall, Winston's a great coach and you can definitely trust him to help you meet your goals.
